I am a native of Montana, where I have also raised my own family. My passion for fitness has been a part of my life since my early days as a gymnast. After becoming a parent, I became deeply interested in the fields of nutrition and overall wellness. My journey to becoming a group fitness and personal trainer began with my love for kickboxing, which eventually led me to becoming an instructor. I pursued a Group Fitness certification and have since expanded my expertise with additional certifications in corrective exercise and personal training. Witnessing my clients not only improve their health but also their ability to move better, allowing them to lead an active lifestyle beyond the gym, has been incredibly fulfilling.
